Even though the humpback whales won’t be around this time of the year, there are over six other species of whale that live year round off Hawaii’s coast. We’ll head out early in the morning with a whale researching team to learn about and observe these creatures up close. The trip is three hours of whale watching captained by Dan McSweeney, who has been researching whales for almost 4 decades. We’ll even get to listen underwater to the whales with hydrophones! Neither of us has ever seen a whale in the wild- so this would be an amazing treat!
